What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For container orders from our factory, the MOQ is typically 100-200 pieces per design.However, for orders from our US warehouse, there is no MOQ-you can order as few as 1piece for immediate fulfillment.
How long does production take for custom orders?
Standard production time is 45-60 days from order confirmation. For urgent orders, wecan sometimes expedite to 30 days depending on current capacity.
Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs are typically refunded uponplacing a bulk order.
What certifications does your factory hold?
